Yes. Consultations take place by phone and video call, so the country you are in makes no difference. Turkish, English and German are available, and appointments are scheduled around your time zone.
The duration varies from person to person and from case to case. Stating a fixed time in advance or promising an outcome would not be honest. A realistic framework for your own case is shared in the consultation.
Usually your date of birth, your time of birth if possible, and a conversation describing the situation are enough. If further information is needed for a particular subject, this is mentioned in the consultation.
